A fragmented drive is similar to a messy desk. You know that the book you need is somewhere on the desk, you just don’t know precisely where it is, and it will take a bit of time until you have it in your hands. When a hard drive is fragmented, storage space is used inefficiently – and that translates to performance loss. To address this situation, SuperEasy came up with Live Defrag, a tool that will fix all your fragmentation woes. Live Defrag allows you to manually analyze and defrag drives, allows you to set up jobs and defrag drives based on a schedule, and it features active fragmentation protection that prevents new fragmentation, if possible.

Live Defrag supports multiple Windows editions: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 (32-bit as well as 64-bit versions).
Live Defrag supports multiple languages: English, German, French, Polish, Romanian, and many other languages are supported.

Don’t worry about this application’s system requirements. They’re very, very low. If your PC runs Windows properly, it won’t have any problems running Live Defrag. It is worth noting here that to get Live Defrag up and running on a Windows PC, a standard installation process must be completed (download & run an installer, click through the steps presented onscreen).

While Live Defrag is up and running, you will see an “LD” icon in the system tray. Click said icon (it doesn’t matter if you left or right click) and you will be presented with a context menu that features two options:
Show Control – this will open the main interface; from it you can start a job, analyze a drive, defrag a drive, stop the defragmentation service, and more.
Show Statistics – view how many files have been defragmented since last week, view how many files have been defragmented since Live Defrag was installed, see how many clusters have been moved since last week or since Live Defrag was installed.

While the fragmentation service is active, it will protect against new fragmentation – if possible, of course.
A default job will run at a set interval of time and defragment your drives. If you want to, you can create custom defrag jobs that will run at the times you specify and defrag the drives you select.
Drives can be manually analyzed for fragmentation; defragmentation tasks can also be launched manually.

Defrag your drives manually, set up jobs to defrag them based on a schedule, or let Live Defrag automatically defrag them.

Pros

Live Defrag supports multiple Windows editions; Live Defrag supports multiple languages. Installing Live Defrag is an effortless process. You can manually analyze and defrag drives. You can set up jobs and defrag drives based on a schedule. The fragmentation service protects against new fragmentation when it is active.

Cons

None that I could think of.
